Terms of Service

The agreement governing use of the LFGrowth platform.

1. Acceptance

By accessing LFGrowth you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.

2. The service

LFGrowth connects projects that fund creator reward pools with creators who post about them and earn rewards. Pools are funded and paid out in USDC on Solana; $LFG settlement is coming soon. Creators claim, submit posts, and — once verified — become eligible for payout after a hold and a final re-check.

Reward amounts are computed by the server and snapshotted at claim time; they are not recalculated afterward. Earnings are NOT guaranteed — a claim can expire, be rejected, or fail verification, in which case no payout is made.

3. Verification & 24-hour hold

A published post is verified against your immutable X user id, its availability, and the campaign's requirements. A verified claim then enters a 24-hour hold. Before any payout, the SAME post is re-checked: if it has been edited, deleted, made private, or its author no longer matches, the payout is withheld. Payout occurs only after a successful re-check, to your verified Solana payout wallet, and only for the exact snapshotted amount.

4. Eligibility & accounts

Accounts are linked to your immutable X (Twitter) user id. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your connected wallet(s).

We may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Payments & settlement

Settlement occurs on Solana in the pool's asset. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for correct wallet addresses.

6. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, impersonation, bots, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, manipulation of scores, or violation of X's terms.

No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, LFGrowth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, on-chain losses, or third-party (X, Solana, wallet) failures.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
