Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing LFGrowth you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws.

2. The service

LFGrowth connects projects that fund creator campaign budgets with creators who post about them and earn rewards. Campaigns are funded and paid out in USDC on Base. Creators claim, submit posts, and — once verified — become eligible for payout after a hold and a final re-check.

Reward amounts are computed by the server and snapshotted at claim time; they are not recalculated afterward. Earnings are NOT guaranteed — a claim can expire, be rejected, or fail verification, in which case no payout is made.

3. Verification & 24-hour hold

A published post is verified against your immutable X user id, its availability, and the campaign's requirements. A verified claim then enters a 24-hour hold. Before any payout, the SAME post is re-checked: if it has been edited, deleted, made private, or its author no longer matches, the payout is withheld. Payout occurs only after a successful re-check, to your verified Base payout wallet, and only for the exact snapshotted amount.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You can sign in with Google or X and connect both to one account. Joining creator campaigns requires a connected X account, which is linked by its immutable X (Twitter) user id. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your connected wallet(s).

We may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Payments & settlement

Settlement occurs on Base in the campaign's asset. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for correct wallet addresses.

6. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, impersonation, bots, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, manipulation of scores, or violation of X's terms.

No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

6a. Campaign targeting

To join any campaign, your X account must have at least 1,000 followers and be at least 6 months old. Projects may further limit a campaign to creators by follower range (Micro: 1,000–9,999; Mid-tier: 10,000–49,999; Major: 50,000–99,999; Top-tier: 100,000+), niche categories, blockchain ecosystems and audience regions. Creators outside a campaign's targeting cannot join it. Keeping your niches, chains, regions and email accurate is your responsibility.

6b. LFG Points, raffles & referrals

LFG Points are a loyalty balance with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money. You earn 10 points per $1 paid to you on campaigns, and 1,000 points when a creator you referred is paid for their first campaign. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed and forfeit points.

Points can be spent on raffle tickets in the Points Market. Winners are drawn at random, weighted by tickets. Prizes (e.g. whitelist spots or USDC) are provided by LFGrowth or partner projects and delivered manually. Cancelled raffles refund every ticket. We may adjust or reverse points obtained through abuse. Raffles may be unavailable where prohibited by law.

6c. Communications

If you add an email address we may send account and payout updates. Emails about newly live campaigns are optional — turn them off any time in your settings or via the unsubscribe link.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, LFGrowth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, on-chain losses, or third-party (X, Base, wallet) failures.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
