Refund Policy
When and how project funds can be refunded.

Refundable
Only a pool's UNUSED available reward balance (not yet reserved by a claim) can be refunded, and only to the wallet that funded the pool.
Not refundable
Reserved balances (active/verified-unpaid claims), paid amounts, protocol fees, network fees, and already-refunded amounts are not refundable.
Process
Refunds are initiated by the project owner, executed on-chain, and independently verified by the server before the balance is credited as refunded. Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
