Project Terms
Obligations for projects that fund creator pools.
Funding
You fund pools in USDC on Solana ($LFG coming soon). Funding is an irreversible on-chain transfer verified by the server before a pool goes live. You are responsible for the correct wallet and amount. Pools range from $10 to $10,000; a 10% protocol fee is added on top.
Your brief
You are responsible for your campaign brief and requirements, and for ensuring your content requests are lawful and comply with X's rules. Do not require misleading, deceptive, or unlawful claims.
Payouts to creators
Verified creator claims are paid from the pool's escrow after a 24-hour hold and a final re-check. Reward amounts are snapshotted at claim time and are not recalculated. Reserved and paid amounts are creator liabilities and are not refundable to you.
Refunds & cancellation
Only a pool's unused available balance can be refunded, to the wallet that funded it. A funded pool cannot be deleted while escrow funds or creator liabilities exist; unused balance is refunded on-chain and verified before the pool is closed. See the Refund Policy. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; there are no chargebacks.
